For Educators & Schools
You care more than most people realise
Teaching has never just been about curriculum.
It is about people.
Educators are seeing the full range of need: children who explode, children who shut down, families who are overwhelmed, and schools trying to function inside more pressure than most people ever see.
Some days, it is a child who cannot get started or furniture being thrown across the room. Other days, it’s a classroom that no longer responds to what used to work.
Most educators are constantly balancing anxiety, avoidance, friendship issues, family stress, parent pressure, workplace tension.
And somehow, they are expected to keep it all moving.
That is where our work begins.
If you’re looking for partnership and practical ways to respond without giving away every last piece of yourself, this is for you.
How I Help
Most educators don't need another training.
They need space to think. To step back from the day-to-day demands and make sense of what's happening.
Sometimes that means looking at student engagement.
Sometimes it's behaviour.
Sometimes it's team dynamics, communication, leadership, or school culture.
Sometimes it's simply reconnecting with the reasons you came into education in the first place.
Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, what's working, and what might be possible moving forward. My role isn't to hand you a script. It's to help you see the situation more clearly and find an approach that fits your students, your context, and your values.
"I never would have guessed that one of the hardest parts of teaching would be working with adults and still deeply care for the family and student.”
Talking with Wendy helped me stop taking every parent conversation so personally.
–J.T., Classroom Teacher
"I went home after our conversation and didn't think about school for the rest of the night."
That hadn't happened in a very long time. I genuinely felt like I had my own life again.

Clarity Session
Ways we can work together
For when you need outside perspective
A focused 50-minute session for educators who want a clearer read on something happening in their work.
This may be a classroom moment, a child, a parent conversation, a colleague dynamic, a decision, a pattern, a pressure point, or the part of teaching that follows you home.
Because I am an educator, and have been one for nearly three decades, I understand how much can sit beneath one moment at school. Together, we look beneath the obvious, name what matters, and find a clearer way to move forward.
Includes:
50 Minutes | Virtual Session over Zoom
Investment: $180
(educator rate to keep the work accessible for those currently working in schools or early childhood settings.)
School & Team Partnerships
Rebuilding the human side of school
Schools are not just buildings, timetables, policies, and programs.
They are communities of people trying to do complex work under real pressure.
When that pressure builds, staff can become separated. Communication gets harder. Families feel harder to reach. Classrooms carry more than they used to. The spaces themselves can start working against the people inside them.
This work is about helping schools come back to what matters: the people, the relationships, the learning, the systems, and the culture that children and adults move through every day.
Support may include:
-
Workshops and facilitated sessions that help teams communicate, repair, rebuild trust, and work together with more honesty and care.
-
Whole-school or year-level workshops that bring creativity into learning, problem-solving, planning, writing, inquiry, leadership, and student engagement. Not art as decoration. Creativity as a way of thinking.
-
Support with parent evenings, family workshops, email communication, conferences, reports, and the student-family-teacher partnership.
-
A practical look at routines, spaces, resources, procedures, workrooms, classrooms, and shared areas, including what needs to stay, what needs to go, and what could work better.
-
Not another wellbeing poster. Practical, honest work around the daily load of teaching, the pressure staff carry, and the small shifts that can make school feel more workable.
-
Partnership with leaders to look at what is happening across the school, where energy is leaking, what needs repair, and what could shift the culture in a real way. description
